Appeal a fair play action
If you think a suspension or ban on your account is wrong, ask the organizer to review it.
Who can appeal
The player the action is on, from the Rivora account it was issued to. Sign in and you'll see the ban, its reason and when it ends at the top of every page.
How to appeal
In the Rivora Discord, open #help, tap + → Create Thread, switch it to Private, and write your appeal there. Only you and staff can see a private thread. Or email support@rivoragaming.com from the address on your account.
Include:
- your in-game name, and the game
- the match the action was for
- why you think the decision is wrong
- anything that shows it — a clip or screenshots from your own game
Please don't appeal in a public channel or a group chat: other players would read it.
What happens next
The organizer looks at your appeal and the match again and answers where you wrote. If the decision changes, the ban is lifted — you can join matches again straight away, and the action leaves the Fair Play Actions list. Actions are issued under the Rivora Gaming rules.
