Request deletion

1. Sign in to Rivora Gaming with your verified email. You do not need the Android app.
2. Open Settings, then Delete my account. Confirm within 15 minutes of signing in.
3. Read what is removed and retained, type DELETE, and accept forfeiting unpaid prizes.
4. Confirm deletion. Your account is scheduled for deletion after 30 days. All sessions end immediately and access to the account stops.

If you cannot sign in, request help by emailing support@rivoragaming.com from your account email. Tell us you want to delete your Rivora Gaming account. Never send your password. Support must verify account ownership before handling a request.

What happens to my data and prizes?

Unpaid prizes are forfeited when you confirm; forfeited prizes are not marked paid. Personal account, profile, contact, payout, upload, linked-alert and associated activity data are erased by the scheduled cleanup after the 30-day wait. Failed file removals are retried.

Published results and leaderboard statistics remain under Deleted player, with an anonymous profile address. Recorded payment amounts and dates remain without your transfer reference. Shared squad names and other people’s content can remain. Active bans survive deletion using a mobile-number hash where available and a keyed email hash. Retained email matches expire when their ban ends or is lifted.
