Complaints
Something wrong with a match, a prize, your account or the chat? Tell the organizer, and we will put it right or tell you why not.
What you can complain about
Anything about Rivora: a match, a result, a prize, your account, your data, the chat, or something another player posted.
A suspension or ban on your own account has its own steps: appeal a fair play action.
How to complain
Email support@rivoragaming.com from the address on your account. Or, in the Rivora Discord, open #help, tap + → Create Thread, switch it to Private and write there. Only you and staff can see a private thread.
Include:
- your in-game name, and the game
- the match, if it is about one
- what happened
- what you would like us to do
For a message in a chat, open the message's menu and tap Report. The organizer reads every report.
When we answer
We reply:
- within 24 hours, to say we have your complaint
- within 15 days, with our decision
- within 72 hours, if you ask us to take down something someone posted, like abuse, a betting link or your personal details
We answer where you wrote. We never discuss your complaint in a public channel.

For something posted in a chat, you can also appeal our Grievance Officer's decision to the Grievance Appellate Committee within 30 days.
